Traditional agencies typically charge a percentage of the placed candidate's salary, which can create pressure to fill roles quickly rather than carefully. Our fixed-fee model means the cost is agreed upfront and isn't tied to salary size, so our focus stays on finding the right person for the role, not the fastest or highest-value placement.

We work with SMEs, growing teams and organisations that want a structured, professional hiring process without the overhead of an in-house talent function. This includes businesses making their first dedicated hire in a role as well as established teams scaling up.

No. We can't guarantee that a role will be filled, or that a particular candidate will accept an offer, because hiring depends on the market, the role and the decisions people make. What we do commit to is a structured process, honest advice at every step and shortlists backed by clear reasoning. If the search isn't working, we'll tell you early and recommend what to change.

You buy a block of hours and use them however you need. Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes, and you book them when they suit you, whether that's a CV review, interview prep or a negotiation game plan.

Blocks are valid for 6 months from your first session, so you can use your hours at your own pace.

Yes. All coaching prices are in NZD and include GST.

No. Clare works with people across the Kāpiti Coast and all the way to Wellington, and is happy to work with you wherever you're based.

No. Coaching is completely separate from Clare's Talent Partner work. Your details are never passed to an employer without your permission.

No. We can't promise or guarantee any outcome, including interviews, job offers or a particular salary, because those decisions belong to employers. What coaching gives you is practical support: a stronger CV and LinkedIn profile, interview preparation, a negotiation plan and more confidence, so you present yourself as well as you can.
