What we collect
- Enquiry form and email: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're enquiring about and your message.
- Recruitment work: for employers, details about the role and the business. For candidates, information you choose to share with us, such as your CV, work history and contact details.
- Career coaching: information you share in booking and in sessions, such as your CV, career history and goals.
- Newsletter: your name and email address when you subscribe.
- This website: we do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
The name, email and message on our enquiry form are needed so we can reply. Your phone number is optional.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry

- To match candidates with roles, only with the candidate's permission
- To send you our newsletter, only if you've signed up for it

Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We never pass a coaching client's details to an employer without their permission.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business, such as website hosting, form handling and email. They only handle your information to provide those services. Some of them may store information on servers outside New Zealand.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to us working together: 12 months, then we delete them.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Newsletter
You'll only receive our newsletter if you've signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
